Our Vision

Kimberly's legacy
This foundation is more than a tribute—it is a legacy of love, resilience, and generational wealth protection. Through estate planning, financial literacy, community support, and advocacy, we aim to safeguard the futures of children like Ozias, ensuring they have access to resources that secure their well-being for life.
Every initiative we build is guided by the love and strength Kimberly showed in her lifetime. Through this foundation, her name and impact will live on, ensuring that Ozias—and many others—are never left without support, security, or a bright future.

Dear Friends, Supporters, and Community,
The KAT Young Family Foundation was born from tragedy but built on love, resilience, and purpose. On January 19th, I lost someone irreplaceable—Kimberly Ashley Tavarez (KAT), the mother of our son, Ozias. Her sudden passing left me navigating life as a single father, grappling with grief, and determined to protect our son’s future in every way possible.
In the midst of this journey, I realized that countless families experience similar losses without the financial security, legal protections, or community support they need to move forward. This foundation exists to change that. It’s more than just a tribute to Kimberly —it’s a commitment to ensuring that children like Ozias and families like ours never have to face uncertainty alone.
Through financial education, estate planning, and wealth protection initiatives, we are creating sustainable solutions for single parents, orphaned children, and families facing unexpected loss. Our goal is not just to provide aid but to empower and equip families with the knowledge and resources to build lasting security.
This mission is deeply personal. Every program, every initiative, and every effort is rooted in love—for Kimberly, for Ozias, and for the families who need it most. Thank you for joining us in honoring her legacy and ensuring that no child’s future is left unprotected.
